from scipy.sparse import csr_matrix
# create dense matrix
A = array([[1, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0], [0, 0, 2, 0, 0, 1], [0, 0, 0, 2, 0, 0]])
print(A)
# convert to sparse matrix (CSR method)
S = csr_matrix(A)
print(S)
